Policies

All new clients will be charged a $75 deposit for their first appointment at time of booking. This fee will be non-refundable and can be used towards services only. This fee will be non-refundable if an appointment is late cancelled or no-showed (see our 48 hour late cancellation/no show policy below).

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment for remaining scheduled time and reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 mins late. Should we need to reschedule you will be charged the cancellation fee.

At Beauty Refined we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our Providers’ time.

Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

A $75 fee will be charged for any Skincare, Injectable, or laser consultation. Additionally a $50 fee will be charged per each half hour that was blocked for your scheduled appointment.

We respect our Providers’ time and last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Beauty Refined team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and our future patients.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no show policy.

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Our clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve their desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

*** Should any credit card refunds need to take place for any reasons, customers are subject to a 5% processing fee.

As of Sept 1st 2023, Beauty Refined charges 2.75% processing fee for ALL credit card transaction (no matter the type of credit card).

If you do not want to be subject to any processing fees we gladly accept cash or check.
